TotalEnergies recognized for its contribution to the certification of Mozambican companies

TotalEnergies was recognized on Friday 14th October 2022, in the city of Maputo, by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, through the National Institute for Standardization and Quality-IP, for its performance and contribution to the certification of Mozambican companies.

The recognition was through a Diploma of Honor awarded to the Company, during a seminar in celebration of the World Standardization Day.

It should be noted that last July, 11 Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) from Cabo Delgado received, in Pemba, the ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certificate, after successfully completing the Program for Preparing and Obtaining Certification for SMEs, promoted by TotalEnergies, as operator of the Mozambique LNG project, and implemented by the National Institute for Standardization and Quality (INNOQ).

Other companies will benefit soon from this program developed within the scope of CapacitaMoz, the platform designed by Mozambique LNG to host all training initiatives related to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), Mozambican citizens and institutions.
